If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that part will be severed from the Terms and Conditions and it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions. Those parts of the Terms and Conditions which by their nature are intended to survive termination continue in force.
